They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
