I grew up going to this place so I have been eating this food 30+ years now. What more is there to say. I miss the old house / location lot of good family memories there. <3

I have been coming to all the different incarnations of this place.First went to the Hobbit hole on Sheperd around 1979,also the one briefly open in the Corillion Center on Westhiemer in the early 80's.Usually get the Bilbo Baggins sandwich and a smoothie.Nice place but miss the origional quirky old house made into a restaurant.

I absolutely loved this place. This was my first time visiting and I have to say from the appearance I was apprehensive but I'm so glad we went anyway. Some of the best tasting food I've had in a long while. I had the buffalo burger and sweet potato fries, and everything came out clean tasting with plenty of flavor. The place is small but so worth the wait of waiting for a table which was about 15mins which in my opinion wasn't to bad. The decor is neat also so the atmosphere was enjoyable. We had the boudin burger, the curry chicken salad, the salmon burger, and omelets. Everything was delicious. All the meals were huge and can be shared by 2 people.

I didnt try any of the special burgers but i was impressed with my bacon egg and cheese burger as well as the pleasant staff...
