Its bad enough when a homeowner has to deal with the problem of insects invading their home, but whats even worse is when we call a company to help us out and that tells its "valued customers" that they will send a qualified technician to your home and what they really send is a person they have employed without doing the proper background check !! Just yesterday afternoon, a neighbor pointed out a hive in the big tree in my front yard. Eeek! I messaged them via Angie's List. They got right back to me. I called them this morning.
