Such a bad experience with this company.....the head doesn't speak to the feet so nobody says the same story and after you get the job done and you discover that the team who tented your house for termites broke at least 15 to 20 barrel tiles you are kind of upset. You call the company and here is his answer: Sorry Mam but if your rook can't carry the weight of a human it's not our fault". Even me and my neighbor know how to walk on those tiles. The best experience I have ever had with an exterminator (or almost any other service professional). The initial treatment a few weeks ago was thorough and effective: the cost right in line. We just discovered carpenter ants while preparing the house for painting and they were out in 8 minutes. I am not making this up! This company is great!
Terrible service. Paid over $500 in May and sure enough in July I have chinin bugs and half my lawn in the rear is almost destroyed. Called for help and was given all kinds of lame excuses. Run away and don't use these people ever. Daniel Maya
