This company was purchased by a larger company. I originally spoke to someone - out of state - who was more of like a salesperson who lied to me. He explained to me that I could either pay $260 for a one time visit or I could save $50 for the initial visit if I signed up for recurring payments for them to come out throughout the year. The worst company I have ever ever dealt with for customer service Do not use,ever. I plan to contact better business bureau. Just horrible. Charged for services I did not receive. Call critter ridders much better
RecommendedI used them years ago to get rid of squirrels (6) in my attic. It was slightly expensive but the potential damage was even more. I used them last year to get rid of a wasp nest.

Immediate response by phone and then sent a fantastic technician - Olivia - the following business day. Found the European Hornet nest immediately, AND found a yellow jacket nest, carpenter ants and spiders too! So appreciative of the excellent service we received. Highly recommend!
We have used Hoban at our home and at our mother’s home. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They will always answer your questions. They are very through and timely. We have never had to wait for an appointment. They do a great job and stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone with a pest problem. Thank you for the outstanding service you provide.
I’ve been a customer for 11 years and now they fail to return phone calls, no show for appointments, delay termite treatment for months all while causing harm to 2 families, causing people to miss work, and causing termite damage to property. Never dealt with a business like this. What happened here? Lawsuit? Better Business Bureau?
