I am a property owner in an HOA that this company manages. We transitioned from another company who appeared to make this transition for us due to their inability to manage the HOA properly. In the transition, communication from HOAliving was terrible resulting in continued issues with payments. Without any type of warning I was sent letters and charged fees. I immediately reached out in an attempt to settle the situation and see if we could take care of the issues and have the fees removed. I was told these were hard costs ... read more
Maintenance Issue on townhouse: I am trying to get missing siding fixed on my Townhouse in Mahtomedi for the last 4 weeks without any response from HOA Living. Contacted them multiple times and requested communication through their portal too. Worried about water damage on property and feel like this is a rather important request. Frustrated about their services and therefore not recommended.
