Very pleased with care and wait time . First visit but will definitely go again if need arises.
I have two small children and have utilized Hoag Urgent care HB three times in past year. Each time they have delivered superior service. The lady who works the front desk (Saturday and Sunday) is excellent at connecting and engaging. She even opened the doors early for us this morning, although they weren’t open yet. She always makes conversation and is a delight. She should be recognized. I did not catch her name, so apologies for that! Keep it up

We love Dr. Kim, Vanessa, and the rest of the staff at Hoag Medical Group. Everyone is always helpful, friendly, and attentive to our concerns in regards to our baby son. We appreciate everything they do for us. Thank you!
