Many thanks to the Bayshore Hospital Volunteer Department and the staff at Bayshore Health Care Center for giving our son the opportunity to volunteer this summer. He enjoyed his work at the Health Care Center immensely, and spoke highly of the variety of recreational programs that the residents enjoyed. He is looking forward to the opportunity to volunteer again, possibly next summer. Thank you for all that you do for the residents at BHCC.
Incompetent doctors in the ER that can’t even properly read blood test results, playing with a child’s life! Awful customer service, unprofessional and completely lacking manners. Will never return to this hospital ever again...
As a former employee, this institution has failed to send me my 2018 tax return. I have reached to the payroll department several times and no one has assisted me. I am at a lost on what to do now.

absolute worse e.r ever! spent close to 5 hours there. I saw people come and go and people that should have been taken IMMEDIATELY in. Even though they came in after me they should have been taken in right away. They call it an emergency room for a reason because its an emergency. i felt so bad for the little guy. and we were there for way to long where if we went to another hospital the time would probably be half of that. Im just so disgusted the way things were so disorganized and crazy. the nurses however were great

My son-in-law, 37 years old, was sent to the er by his primary dr because she felt he had something wrong with his heart. The er checked him, said hes fine and kicked him loose. One week later he goes back and is diagnosed with a massive heart attack. 1 artery 100% blocked. He gets put in a helicopter and taken to a real hospital for treatment. Now there's a bill for $60,000 for the helicopter. If his insurance doesn't pay for it then somc should being they dropped the ball the first time he came in and they misdiagnosed him... read more
