After having been to several eye doctors in the Clarksville, TN area and being treated with 5 minute exams, it was VERY refreshing to have Dr. Calvert and his staff treat me as if I was their only patient! The diabetic eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Calvert took the time to explain what he was looking for. NEVER ONCE did he or his staff try to sell me an additional service or push a product on me. It may be an hour drive from my home in Tennessee to his office, but it's worth it!
I have worked for a group of 14 surgeons including 2 ophthalmologist....which is why I was confused why I received a $17.98 statement without my $20 payment on it. I called last week..was told I would get a call back..never happened..called and was told "oh I see what happened I'll post your payment...now you owe $11..........OKAY! Aside from her total lack of concern for my question as to where my payment went...she was rude, short and curt. What a shame..
