I know absolutely nothing about hitches or trailers but we are moving and want to pull a trailer behind my Jeep so I needed to have a hitch installed. I ordered the hitch over the phone then made an appointment to have it installed today. I felt immediately at home when I walked in. Jeremy and his staff are THE NICEST people. I felt like I knew them my whole life. They got my hitch installed in about an hour while I waited. If you ever need a hitch or anything else they do I highly recommend Hitch It! :-)
