Micah was very positive through out my transformation. With his program I was able to lose 70 lbs. He has remained in contact with me and continues to support me 3 years later!
Hitch Fit was such a positive experience! I went through the bikini Model transformation program with Diana. She was great at holding me accountable and keeping me on track for where i needed to be. It was on my bucket list to step on stage in a fitness competition and with Diana's knowledge and guidance I did it!!!
