Great place to workout with a fun group of people. The people that workout here and work here are some of the most motivating and positive people you'll ever meet!
This is my second session. I went back after recently having a partial knee replacement surgery. My trainer has been great helping me regain the muscles lost due to the surgery. So glad I found Hitch Fit Gym!
This is my first experience with a personal trainer and Mica Dalton has seriously exceeded my expectations as a trainer!! She is such a great source of motivation and is always there to answer health/diet/workout questions outside of my weekly workouts! I'm so happy with hitchfit and the atmosphere the gym has! 5 stars all around!
Hitch Fit has changed/saved my life. My amazing trainer (Rachel Godwin) pushes me harder than I think I am capable of making me stronger. I feel so much more prepared mentally and physically to continue my journey being healthy.
