Getting my heath back.... need the support of g his great place
You need to make sure the trainer will listen to you. I told the trainer I had a bad shoulder when we first met, and he still had me doing exercises that was aggravating my shoulder and was causing pain. I had to quit because my shoulder kept getting worse with each session. My experience was over a year ago, but I still wanted to post my review.
Best decision I've made to work with HitchFit. I don't believe there is a better place or better trainers out there!
