I was in the market of purchasing a used, nice, clean vehicle for under 15k and this auto dealer had what I was interested in at that time, they invited me to come and see - I waited too long and lost out for they contacted me to let me know the vehicle I was interested in had been sold.

They were unavailable for days. They ran my credit 6 times and sold the truck I was wanting without talking to me first. I was very disappointed in my experience with them.

Just that I had contacted him with a question about if the car, I was looking at, was a hybrid. He contacted me the same day, which unfortunately it was not a hybrid. But at least I was given a prompt answer which helped me in my shopping experience.
