After years of waiting for a actual Ramen restaurant as Chinese Noodle house and Pho was predominant.I tried my first Ramen via NYC's Ajisen Ramen and I loved it!!! Then Terakawa Ramen and behold Hiro! They finally went back to the root of things with classic Shoryu where it started and it should be! The broth had that thickness and texture that dances in you. I had a bowl of there Ramen and it is a experience I would want to endure again!!!
Awsome. Couldn't be better. Loved the food and service. I've waited a long time to have real ramen... I was not disappointed.
