Really solid experience with the staffing and recruiting team. They didn’t just send random resumes; they took the time to understand the role and what would work for us. Their staff was friendly, quick to respond, and easy to deal with. It helped us work through a serious hiring backlog without all the usual hassle
Very inefficient company that put staff in buildings who gossip, gang again specific residents, are rude and biased. Supervision is poor. They rely on "leads" that report biased information and supervisors do not investigate the reports. Knowledge of housing law is very poor. I do not recommend. It is a headache for management and it creates more problems than it solve problems. Through her staff Wynona, the supervisor, places false accusations about residents without any investigation and her requests violate tenant rights.
Completely irresponsible company with poor supervisors, especially Wynona. Staff blame and falsely accuse residents who complain about their poor services. The supervisor Wynona feeds and encourages such behaviors instead of questioning it. To any management company: this staff company is not worth your money and it is a disservice to residents. it generates a lot of emotional distress and they are poorly aware of housing rules, residents rights and tenants associations.
