Very inefficient company that put staff in buildings who gossip, gang again specific residents, are rude and biased. Supervision is poor. They rely on "leads" that report biased information and supervisors do not investigate the reports. Knowledge of housing law is very poor. I do not recommend. It is a headache for management and it creates more problems than it solve problems.

After 5 years of loyalty to this staffing agency (mind you, I have recommended over 5 people to apply and join successfully, as well as have been recognized by several properties for my job performance), I was ghosted and given the runaround from VERONICA REYES and the team. I left to go on maternity leave to care for myself and my family, Veronica and team were well aware and let me know that returning was certain once FMLA payments end.
