Awesome Selection & Atmosphere – Every time I visit Pittsburgh, I make it a point to stop into hip'tique! They always have a wonderful selection and the best additions for my wardrobe. I live in the shopping capital of the world (New York, NY) and I STILL always find the best things here! I also like the fact that the staff isn't pushy and gives you your space. Horrible Customer Service – I used to love the old Hyp'tique....the selection and new store layout has changed drastically! What happened to the shoes, and all of the cute housewares! The customer service here is also horrible- I walked in and no one spoke to me for at least 15 minutes until I said hello to the saleswoman. I hope this new owner makes some changes and fast!
