Holy vegan yumminess, Batman! Had lunch here on Sunday for the first time. Even my carnivorous hubby loved it and said he'll be back! I only wish we had one in MD. Had the buffalo portobello sandwich. Sooo good. Hubs had the veggie burger, which he claimed the best ever. A bit pricey but the fare is substantial. Friendly, excellent service. If you don't like standing while you eat, take it to go.
Wish I'd found this place the first day in D.C. So so good, such nice people. Had to ask for their recommendation or I'd never have been able to choose, it all looks so delicious.
Jerk chikn salad is great. Also had green tea which is served sweet or unsweet.
OMG, Heaven for a vegetarian!!! I will be a frequent customer from now on!
I visited Hip City Veg DC on yesterday...Rikki was so friendly and informative, her energy was amazing I got the ziggy burger and sweet potatoe fries...I definitely will be returning, best Vegan spot so far. I'm not vegan but vegeterian... 5stars for this place

We went back three days in a row! The sweet potato fries are incredible! Everything was fantastic.....including customer service!!
