I ordered headers for my C5 from them the 22nd of February. I was told there was a 4 week lead time. After 56 days I finally got them. They sent me two right side headers. I will NEVER order anything from them again. This has been one of the worst online ordering experiences I’ve ever had. I have to edit this post. Terrible customer service
I ordered coils for my truck through Amazon and the coils were taped up in a display box and improperly packaged so 3 of the coils were damaged and 2 of them to the point that they couldn't be used since the connectors were broke. I spoke to Brian to get replacement coils next day but he stated I need pay him direct and not Amazon or wait until the following week. Brian wasn't interested in making things right. Gotta give yall a shoutout yall came through on my plug wires. Really cleaned up my engine bay and got rid of my crappy old ones. Speedy delivery and quality product.
Ordered a master cylinder and firewall adapter for my FC RX7, after six weeks they hadn't even ordered the master cylinder. I called three times to check and every time was told they would ship out "any day now." After the third call I canceled my order on the MC and had them just ship the adapter that they'd had in stock the whole time. Everyone was nice but very misleading, I wouldn't trust a word they say.
