I live in Glen lake Hinson is our hoa by force not choice, they have repeated sent pictures and letters to me about my four cars that are legally tagged and parked on our property. All Hinson has done for our HOA is collect dues and clean up 17 lots for the Treasurer of our HOA, who hand pick them without taking a bid from any of the local management company in are area of WNC. They won't take phone calls or answer emails, a real crappy company. They strictly take orders from the Treasurer and to hell with the rest of us.

I live in a nice neighborhood that is managed by Hinson. HORRIBLE people relations, poor (no) customer service, unable to address homeowners' issues to mutual satisfaction!!! I can't remember the last time I ever dealt with such rude, litigious, uncaring, unworkable people in a equally undesirable company. Any HOA thinking Hinson is the way to go....don't do it!
