If it was possible I wouldn't give them no stars absolutely the most disrespectful people to rent from ! They never fix anything they always tell you they coming and never do been with them for 3years. 3years of giving my rent on time and not one thing can get fixed it takes them 3-8 months to even try to make it to fix the issue if I was you I wouldn't waste my time I'm so ready to leave this "family business" they have I'll never go back to ever again. Wish I could give them no stars

Definitely not nice people to deal with. Saw a nice house and they tried to charge me a double deposit. Had a very good rental history from my previous landlord. Was approved at another firm and only put down a deposit in the same neighborhood as the other house that they had.My advice look elsewhere.

Absolutely THE WORST management company I've ever worked with! We paid them to manage our rental home and they charged outrageous fees to fix the smallest of issues. THEN, when the tenants moved out and we discovered that they had damaged our hardwoods with a water leak, put a hole in one of the doors, damaged the bathroom countertop and chipped the bathtub, they refused to hold their deposit to HELP pay for the over $2,000 in damages. Absolutely the worst Property Mgr. in history of the world. Believe me, 1 star is far too much for Hinson Management. All she does is threaten you if she does not agree what you have to say. HOA is an absolute farce and fails to address multiple complaints about Deed Restriction violations. 1★on BirdEye, All Hinson has done for our HOA is collect dues and clean up 17 lots for the Treasurer of our HOA, who hand pick them without taking a bid from any of the local management company in are area of WNC. Hinson Management is a horrible company. I would definitely give them NO stars if I could. We have owned a townhouse in Glen Lake for 9 years and have had multiple difficult dealings with them. The only one who is worth speaking to is Greg. He is very nice and helpful. Everyone else is rude, condescending and argumentative. Their customer service is nonexistent. I honestly can't believe they are still in business with the way they treat people. Recently I received a late fee from them for our fees from the month of october. ... read more

I wouldn't even give them a star unless I had to. DO NOT buy a home purchased by them. They are RUDE, lazy and a corrupt business. They come across as elitist and have no problem talking down to you. They should be closed down for their disrespect to the elder
