If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is the worst management company I have ever rented from. Every request you have will not be answered or fixed. You will be charged fees that have no explanation to them. There is hidden rules in the leases which prevent you from subleasing or cancelling a lease unless you rent for two years. I lived in the a unit at District Lofts for 2 years and I still received no help. Angela is the worst landlord I have ever had and she will not help you with anything.
