I made the mistake of calling Hines Plumbing. I was warned they padded their bills and inflated charges. I learned the hard way that was true. Hines billed $200 per hour -- not just for time spent working on the job or traveling to/from our location -- but also for time spent for the worker to pick up his truck that he left at another location, to eat his lunch, to sit in the truck waiting for a valve to be brought to him (after leaving the first time to pick up this one part)... Outstanding customer service! Jack was available on my schedule to give me an estimate, and because I was in a pinch on time, they got my basement bathroom all plumbed 2 1/2 weeks before they said they were even available! Everything was done super professionally! Jesse called me to make sure I was comfortable with how the installation would be done and even gave me some great advice that saved me a lot of money and time. Hines was very easy to work with!! I had a main line backed up and they were able to come help me the day I contacted them (actually within about 2 hours of initial contact)!! They were very friendly and charged exactly what they quoted me (which as we know doesn't always happen). I will definitely remember them for future service and I would recommend them to anybody!
