Edit: I don't think I can do a 2nd review but I wanted to update. Hines updated our sewer line from the house to the main line. We were desperate and backing up even trying to be careful. Hines promised March 25 but showed up March 24. The old line was tough but Hines got the job done and went around our fav maple tree. I now appreciate plumbing especially staying at home. Just had our water heater replaced this afternoon. Paul and the gentleman that he was training were fantastic. They were very personable and professional. They did great work, and the job was completed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this company!
I can’t say enough about what great service I had! I had an emergency flood and they were able to come out within and hour! Luckily it was an easy fix but they were professional and with excellent customer service! Will absolutely use them again (hopefully not for a flood though!!)

We have hired Hines Plumbing several times in emergency situations and Jack always is quick to respond to me. Every job they have done for Valpo Schools has been excellent. Jack goes above and beyond what we expect. Keep up the great work Hines Plumbing! I highly recommend Hines Plumbing.
Hines always does great work! They just recently fixed a leak in my sink and their customer service was superior! The only plumber I will use. Thanks Hines!
