Don't bother to make an appt. It will make no difference to them. U can drop your off with an appt and they still won't get to it AND they won't call and tell u that. U will either call yourself and find out when u inquire about status;!or it'll be a surprise when u walk in 8.5 hrs later to pick up your vehicle. Loaner? No problem? Nope, how about no way... U can rent one for a reduced rate! I told them to bring my car around 1.5 hours BEFORE I was going to pick it up UNREPAIRED since they could get to it ALL DAY. Guess what... read more

awesome. thanks hines park for selling me a car and 6 months later the transmission dies. becuase i have a couple thousand dollars laying around to fix it. wont be a return customer.

If I could give this dealership 10 stars, I would. I have the most customer-oriented salesman, Bill Guran, who works miracles for me, the past 20 years. I highly recommend them....Bill is mine though. lol.

We have been leasing cars here for quite a few years now. The entire staff is friendly although Janet Kramb in sales does stand out and always a pleasure to talk to and will work to help in any way she can. Renovations look awesome in the service area. I have not had issues with service but do wish oil changes didn't take so long. I'm sure most of the time spent is paperwork running through the different areas and not the actual work performed. I only rated a 4 since there is always room for improvement.
