I wanted to take the time to write and say that Chris Lasko is the best. We have been with Hines Park for a long time (vehicle purchases/service/tire purchases/oil changes/etc.). Have used Hines Park Ford for many years now and I am always happy with the staff. Derrick Young made getting our new vehicle a breeze.
Terrible customer service. Had my Taurus SHO for just under 60 days. Lack of communication throughout the process and excuses. When finally finished, went in to pick it up, NOT A WORD OF APOLOGY, a manager approaching, etc...literally nothing! Last vehicle I will ever purchase from this failing dealership!

Al did an excellent job on the delivery of my SURPRISE Mustang GT to me. Afterwords I stopped by the dealership and he took us through all the features on it and gave me a strict warning about driving like a teenager>>>lol
very impressed with alan oxleys' concern of my wants and needs as a customer. he took his time to find out what I was looking for and why. I found what I wanted and he made the process very easy. he explained how all the whistles and bells on the truck worked in a manner that was not hurried, and made sure that I understood how everything worked. The price and trade in were very fair. would recommend this dealership and salesman without reservation.
Everyone at Hines Park Ford did an outstanding job. I cannot emphasize enough how good the service and attention to detail was. It all started with me putting out calls and e-mails to different dealer ships and Hines Park had the quickest and best communication. Even if you have to drive a distance to get there, I suggest that you will not be disappointed.
Took my '09 Mustang GT in to have a Roush short-throw shifter that i had purchased from someone on Craig's List installed. No hassle, no attempt to sell me anything i did not want, just first class service and result. Thank you Joe Harness! While waiting, i visited my salesman Allen Oxley. We discussed how my needs have evolved since our last Red Carpet Lease deal and are in the process of investigating options for early termination of Lease contract and rolling into a Certified Pre-owned vehicle 9 months ahead of schedule.
This was the easiest process I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was really nice and Allen Oxley was great to work with.
