The hotel was beautiful. The staff is exceptional & professional. I had my wedding there & it was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel did NOT meet Hilton standards. The hotel is undergoing renovations but that does not mean that the room shouldn't be clean (there was hair in the tub upon checkin)our tub would get backed up during showers, the room was not cleaned until after 5:30 pm on Saturday AND our pillows were taken from the room that same night. The best part of the entire weekend was our buffet breakfast and the omelet I had! We will not be staying here anytime soon!!!!

Gross bathroom, empty lotion bottles and shower cap box placed on the bathroom toiletries tray ad if brand new, creaky bathroom door that woke us up each time one of us used the bathroom, no mention of lounge access or breakfast for diamond members, and cleaning service doesn't clean the room if you're only there a couple of nights (per Anthony at the front desk).
