Totally crooked "normal practice". After booking months in advance, they overbooked some of our group, then over charged others! They claimed no charge would hit a card used to hold the reservation, yet charged more than $100 more than the room was ever going to be! Thieves! Stay ANYWHERE else, even if it's a tent in the woods!
