Had a fire in the building (11/8) and I was left in the hotel...after it was evacuated!!!!!!!...no one would tell me why or apologize for the oversite of my safety...as of today's date 12/22..still waiting for an answer from the hotel ( please note they gave corporate a cover their a$$ response).
Hotel was beautiful. Staff was excellent. My problem was with the restaurant/ bar. Drinks and food were overpriced. Barkeep was new and literally used a jigger to measure out the drinks. Not impressed. Food was good though. Steven at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed.
Great hotel overall, especially the pool! It's awesome!
