We spent the night before our wedding and our wedding night here. The experience was atrocious. Many things went wrong and the staff had no remorse.
RecommendedI never checked in the hotel have gone to the spa only but the front desk guys are so pleasant and ready to help all the time. I enjoyed facial and body massage specially by Mckenzie.
I love the Woodcliff Lake Hilton. My stay was 5 stars from my first phone call to ask for an early check in which Samir took care of. Then arriving early walking through the front doors and being greeted by Adam and Robert who were welcoming, friendly and professional. I asked for a fridge while checking in and as I was getting off the elevator the fridge was being delivered. WOW outstanding service. Looking forward to my upcoming stay on July 25 thank you to the entire staff. BTW Leslie in the restaurant was fantastic
Check in was a little confusing. There were not very many guests and the clerk gave us a room at the far end of the building. We were able to change it.
