The staff tried really hard to make the experience more enjoyable so I boosted a star but the experience was not that great for me. When I checked in the card machine was down so they had to call someone to escort me to my room. Since I didn't want to be trapped in my room all night I said I would rather wait for the machine to work and get a key and needed to park anyway. Great stay last night. The manager went out of her way to to get rooms for the hand full of people we had. The General Manager was very kind as well. Thanks!! The only thing that I'd comment on would be the cost of meals in the restaurant. Plan to pay about 20 bucks for lunch/dinner. All in all pretty solid though.
The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of options for drink and food. The staff is extremely professional. The rooms are behind times and the 5th floor smells like a sewer pipe busted.. js!! All in all not a bad home away from home.
I am Diamond status so I have stayed in a lot of Hilton hotels. This one had turned out to be the best one yet. I had a loud room because of the elevator and on my next visit, they definately made my stay better! Love this hotel. Would recommend it again and again
