It's one of the finest hotels I stayed ever. Especially there is no word to appreciate their timely and intelligent approach in calling the medical attendance and ambulance when I fall sick (vertigo) and saved my life. Their hospitality was great.
Hilton Gaithersburg need a real and serious renovation inside and out to be a good Hotel
My room was infested with flying bugs everywhere it was disgusting. They found me a new room after they evacuated me from my "Health hazard room" at 12:30 am. But refused to comp me anything and also refused to write an incident report. Definitely will never stay at a Hilton again.
I would never stay in this hotel again. It's in a good location and close to restaurants. The bed is comfortable but the bathroom Is small. There is no mini fridge or microwave. The ac unit in our room was leaking water and it took an hour or so to fix along with a fan blowing on the carpet for a few hours. The linens had holes the arms of the couch are filthy and the curtain pull tag is disgusting. Breakfast buffet is $19 a person and they serve the same thing everyday.
