I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton for a week, and I regret to express that my experience was unsatisfactory. For four out of the seven mornings of my stay, the pancake machine was inoperable and the yogurt was sour tasting. Additionally, my room was only cleaned twice within the week I stayed, and I found it peculiar that the housemaids attended to the rooms with the doors closed. Absolute worst stay we ever had anywhere. Loose wall tile laying on Bath Floor, mold in refrigerator, sofa pullout completely unusable. Pool area had gum smashed into floor and could see it had been there a while. AND TO TOP IT OFF, my wife went to take a shower and the bath fan shot sparks and started on fire. Night Manager useless, just shrugged us off when we said we were going to leave along with our daughter and grandchildren in next room. My daughter and I love staying here. My husband passed away almost 4 years ago and now we come into town to put flowers on his grave when my daughter misses him. We stay here about 99% of the time, they are always so nice, and daughter loves the lobby area. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about bringing my shampoo and conditioner, because they have that there. The other hotel I we stay at is the Home 2 Suites. I love Hilton properties.

Wonderful Hotel! The room was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The grounds were nicely kept. The breakfast was well stocked, and the food was piping hot! But the main "Plus" was how nice and kind and informative the front desk attendant that checked us in was. Her name is Cyndy. Hampton Inn should be very Proud to have an employee like her!

Horrible. I cancelled the reservation 15 days before my stay due to a family matter. The day I was to arrive I see a charge on my account for the full amount of the stay. I contacted the hotel who said the night person charged me for the full stay when I didn't show up that night rather than for just one night. When I showed them my cancellation they said they had no manager and would deal with it when a manager came in. Then the property tells me that they will process the refund later. Horrible place. I have stayed here at least 10 times. But until last week was not super impressed. However had some major issues and I believe her name is Nicole who had just started working there the day before, she took it upon herself to accept responsibility for our concerns and stated she would have them addressed. By the time we ate dinner came back everything had been addressed and made right, she caught us in lobby on way back to room greeted us by name.
