My husband and I had an amazing weekend at the hotel celebrating our friends 40th birthday. However the valet experience ended in disaster. The valet driver went to retrieve our car (just purchased in July) Lexus and he hit it with another customers car. Very disappointing way to end our stay. Hopefully they take care of the damages with no additional stress.
Very clean. Staff are kind and patient. Thank you for a great experience.
Service is excellent. I was greeted like they value my business. My daughter and I are here for UT move in week. They made us feel right at home. When my wife and I come to visit, we will definitely be staying here.

I experience the worst customer service by a manager. The a/c wasn't working room was to hot. They send a engineer yo my room the guy did not fix it so i went down to the lobby. And they send me the engineer manager he did nit fix it either and give me a bad attitudes. He tell me he will send me to another room. I went to see it the room have no view, ac wasent working either. The manager have a strong smell of alcohol. He tell me if i Dont like the room to bad. Really the worst experience ever.
