Arrived from Canada and my Enclave developed issues just before Christmas. 1st day open, I was able to book an appointment and the problems were diagnosed quickly and repairs were completed before the estimated time. Service Rep Julie Kohar went through the issues and explained everything in detail. Very satisfied and recommend Hilton Head Cadillac Buick GMC. Great service!

They worst car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a very expensive certified Tahoe from these crooks only to find it was a lemon with electrical issues. The car has been to the dealer 8 times in a little over 3 months and still has issues. The owner of this dealer acted as if it was my fault and was visibly upset that I was asking to have it repaired. Took my Acadia in today because it was over heating. I was worried because I planned on leaving the tomorrow for a trip and didn’t want to postpone it. Manny spoke to my husband on the phone and was ready to meet me when I pulled in. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem while I waited and fixed the issue by the end of the day, plus replaced the brake pads which had been needing to be done. Excellent and quick service! Thank you!
