I have never been treated so poorly by any other dealership, as I have by this one. The customer service was extremely unprofessional & rude. From the salesman to the general manager. We are happy w/the vehicle we purchased, but I will never buy from that dealership again.
We are Canadian visitors to Hilton Head who required service work on our Cadillac. We received outstanding service from the Service Department, in particular from Julie who was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We received a courtesy ride to the shopping outlets while the work was being done (3 hours) and then picked up to return to collect our car. When we arrived back, the warranty issues were resolved for us and our car was washed and waiting for us. Highly recommend this dealership.

Wow! What a great experience. Was on vacation in HH and my AC goes out in my GMC Terrain. Stopped by when they opened up on Monday morning and got to meet Julie in the service dept. I was provided a ride back to my resort and after a few hours wait Julie called to say parts were In stock and she found a way to fit my vehicle in the busy service schedule and that it would be ready by the end of the day. This was our second vehicle purchased from Jeff Weber at Hilton Head Automotive. Both have been a pleasurable experience. Jeff is very knowledgeable and professional. We love the quality and dependability of GMC. We have our vehicles serviced there also. Would highly recommend HHA for purchases and service and routine maintenance.
