The service was very efficient and thorough. Julie the service representative was very personable very knowledgeable and made me feel very much at ease. I especially like the shuttle service which was a very big help for me. Mark the shuttle driver was very nice very polite. I enjoyed my experience very much at GMC.
This USE to be a great dealership bought 6 cars from them BEFORE they sold out ,the new ownership is not friendly nor is it reliable .. I pay ALOT a month for a Escalade that has numerous problems . Tried over and over to get it in and then once I did they couldn't find the problem AND it was damaged and they didn't even tell me I had to find it took chunk out of the dash board!. Now been trying to get it in again finally got an appt two week it takes them and I called ALL morning to verify and NO one would answer or call me... read more
