Used my Hilton app to check in and it said my room was ready. Got there and used my digital key, room looked good, except there was no remote for the television and the in room safe was broken and didn't work. Thank goodness I didn't need to use it. Also there was something screwy with the main light in the room it kept dimming all by itself. Could have been a bad bulb. The staff was attentive, when we notified them of the missing remote they worked diligently to get us one that worked, much appreciated. We enjoy background ... read more
