I live in Salt Lake, but been coming down to st george for the past few months for project meetings that last 2-3 days. As I was driving down I realized I brought clothes for only 2 days, amd the stay will be for 3. When booking I filtered hotels specifically with laundry. Well, it wasn't until I tried using the dryer that I noticed this sign. I'm short working 10 hours out in the sun, I failed to see this dumb sign. Was a great place to stay at ,no problems whatsoever. Definitely will be back...everyone was friendly except the City people in Utah that stays there...lol
Over all a nice hotel but it's showing it's age. Could use a twerking on most of the common areas. That being said I would stay there again.
Our room was made up but missing - Coffee cups and coffee, no TP (1/3roll) as a replacement, no water cups not local information or paper/pen tablet. At the pool, the towels are so small they are more like dish towels. Breakfast - buffet breakfast - lets just say across the street it is know as a continental breakfast included in with your stay - I paid a ridicules price of $15.00 a plat. A bit disappointed with our room at this hotel. Check in was quick and the staff at the front desk were very helpful, both on arrival and departure. The room was a little disappointing. - There was feces in the toilet when we arrived. We went down to have a drink, told the front desk about it, and the bathroom was clean when we got back. The young man on the desk, “Brandon”, was very quick getting it taken care of. - When we checked the two beds, one of them had a large pee stain in it. My wife was grossed out.
