I travel often and rarely leave reviews, but my experience with the front desk staff here was disappointing. The rooms were clean and the location was fine, but the customer service was not great. Staff wouldn't make eye contact, and on several occasions I was left standing at the desk for a while before anyone acknowledged me. Even a simple greeting or an "I'll be right with you" would have made a big difference. Customer service is a key part of any stay, and it fell short here.
Clean rooms, great service, easy and right off the freeway. Plenty of restaurants nearby!
We stayed two nights and was quoted $155 per night. Ended up being $208 per night after taxes added. However, room was excellent, clean, everything worked, etc. My only complaint is the breakfast was $15 per person and was lousy, very poor. In addition, the breakfast lady, vietnamese, was extremely rude.
Very nice, clean, friendly place.
