A bit disappointed with our room at this hotel. Check in was quick and the staff at the front desk were very helpful, both on arrival and departure. The room was a little disappointing. - There was feces in the toilet when we arrived. We went down to have a drink, told the front desk about it, and the bathroom was clean when we got back. The young man on the desk, “Brandon”, was very quick getting it taken care of. - When we checked the two beds, one of them had a large pee stain in it. My wife was grossed out. Called to get a room day of. We called to make the reservation to see if we could get an early check in because we drove all night to get here. They said we could so we booked the room even though we wouldn’t be able to cancel (same day and all). When we showed up to the hotel at 12:00 pm, the time we were told we could show up by someone named Elizabeth, the lady at the counter, Tara, very rudely told us that we must have talked to a ghost.
