Insufficient hot water. Nothing else really matters in a hotel.
We were welcome with open arms by Cass and Russ. The room was clean,smelled fresh, and was spacious. The team gave us great Insight on what to do while in Utah on the further legs of our journey. Coming from California there's so much to explore and we really didn't know where to start. We came in tired and they made usbfeel like family. 2025: The suite was an amazing experience! 2 bathrooms, jetted tub, shower, fridge, microwave, and 2 separate rooms with a pullout couch. Staff and breakfast are great! Right next door to the Dixie Convention Center and so conveniently located to convenience shops and restaurants! 4 stars because of older carpet. 2026: 1st floor room, double beds. Front desk great. I was pretty disappointed in this room. When I think Hilton is have higher expectations than this lived up to. The bed has a nasty chunky brown on it. Fluke maybe. Went to get the coffee maker ready for the morning and it was FUNKY! Definitely out dates and needs some upgrades and some serious deep cleaning. Decent sized room that was wheelchair accessible so that was nice. Pool area looks nice too. Check your bed and coffee makers. Staff was decent and apologetic to both issues.
