Estefania is perfect example of terrific quality customer service no wonder she's a manager 👍
Overall, great stay. My only complaint is that the hotel seems very much outdated and worn. Pool/hot tub was dirty with small debris floating but swimmable. Rooms are nice and spacious for a 1 King but still worn and tired. AC Unit was loud but bearable enough to keep running through the night. Doors do little to block out sound from the hallway. Surprised that breakfast wasn’t free, but I digress. Overall, enjoyable enough for what we paid but does need upgrades in the future.
A good hotel located near zion national park. Rooms were clean and the service was good.
The first night stay there the heater was blowing cool air but they fixed it the next day. I only got about three hours of sleep and I had been up since 1:00 in the morning due to lack of heat. Thankfully they fixed it the next day but I was very tired due to lack of sleep. I will never come back here again. 3 Stars
