My personal villain origin story began at this Hilton. Where do I begin? Maybe with the fact that my room key broke more times than my last relationship. Every time I tried to enter my room, I had to march down like a confused toddler at a security checkpoint. “Try again,” they said. “Must’ve demagnetized it,” they said. Where do I even start. WiFi is spotty and slow at best. The AC in the rooms are quite loud and have a weird grinding noise as many other reviews mention. One of the elevators is broken so going up and down takes forever since it’s stopping on every floor. The hotel isn’t cheap either. It’s over priced and poorly maintained. It’s clearly understaffed as well. Stay anywhere else.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my stay. A maintenance staff member knocked on our door and, before I could even get up to open it, he unlocked the door and walked right in. He said he was there to check the AC, claiming it wasn’t working earlier and he had come back to inspect it again. Regardless of the reason, this is completely unacceptable. Get ready to billed at every corner when you arrive. I booked this hotel through Costco Travel and the information that was given to me was misleading at best. For parking, it states that it is “managed by Hilton Hotels,” but does not specify say you’ll be charged. Parking is actually $40 a day which is the most I’ve ever spent for parking at a hotel. Adequate rooms, minimal service. Feels like cost cutting measures are adding up. The hotel wasn’t very crowded, but it seemed like the few employees were working as hard as they could to “hold the line”, which is not a great vibe. I don’t want to feel like I’m imposing on an overworked staff member.
