Stayed 1 night a few weeks ago. Staff is nice. Extremely overpriced for the quality. Very old. Everything is outdated. My room had a very strong smell of an odor. Everything is charged. Parking. Breakfast. Wifi. Extremely disappointed. Avoid this location
Pool heater not working. Showers did not have enough hot water. Breakfast service was too expensive for what was available.
Unfortunately this may be the last time we will be in a Hilton. We booked 2 nights in the hotel. Its like Cuba. It looks nice from the entrance as so many do but this hotel is terrible. It was not nice see photos, the curtains hanging and a wore hanger hanging on the interior door We were not happy when we first walked in but we decided to stay the first night because we came in late night. Really enjoyed my stay here. I had a beach facing room and the view was perfect. I'll be staying here next time I visit Orange Beach!
This room is sub standard. It is without warmth, style, welcoming feel. No pictures. No note pad. Furniture is OLD and some damaged. Unacceptable. It’s rundown and so disappointing . If I had not prepaid, I’d be gone. What is up Hilton? This feels like a one star room.
