$616 for three nights in a double room when my booking said $380. He said $150 is just a security deposit, well okay. So where is the other $89ish? No answer. Nevertheless I paid it, its my mother in laws 50th birthday and I didnt want to screw up any plans. The hotel, beautiful. The staff, they barely answer and when they do its a short answer and probs not the one you wanted. Desperately needs upgrades to the furniture at least. In the room the dresser and bed frame scuffed up like a animal got to it and the carpet needs to be updated for sure.

Trash all in parking garage, smells like weed every inch of the place, and shady! Took literally 2.5 hours to eat once we were seated at Trader Vics! Not the classy Hilton I visited years ago! Won’t be back... save your money and go to Ritz or Westin!

Booked a superior king got a room with a bed that was a queen they claimed was a king, smoke detector hanging off the wall. Also the line in the lobby was very long to swap rooms and no one answered the phone when I called. It took over a week to get a phone call back from the property. room 4016
