I’m not sure if there is an upgraded area and a older area, but the room I stayed in was definitely outdated. Popcorn ceilings, rusted vents, splattered something on the wood, and broken curtain fixtures. Front staff was rude, room was dirty, weed smell all throughout the hotel. I got all opposites of what I requested for my room and they would not allow me to change after I walked in and immediately called them to change...since I had “already checked in and due to COVID protocols, they couldn’t accommodate me!” Not good cu... read more
