I recently stayed 13 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Birmingham, and this hotel truly stands out because of its people. Restaurant & Service Chef Cedric is incredible! His food is consistently delicious, beautifully prepared, and clearly crafted with pride. Every night he offers a unique chef’s special that is never repeated and always off-menu. Great hotel - huge, clean lobby, looks brand new inside. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are great - would stay here again.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was clean and nice. The biggest issue we encountered was that when we booked the room, it said that breakfast was included and we were told at check-in that breakfast was included. We go downstairs the next morning for breakfast and we find out that breakfast is “included” but not “complimentary” which feels like a weird way to word it just to trick you.
