To have roaches in your room. And no one reached out to try to make it right. I just called Hilton to get my money back.
I stayed on business with 17 other travelers and there were bedbugs in my room. I was moved to another room, told they had to go through an insurance process and was told a member of management would reach out to me. It never happened. I stayed and waited before finally having to leave. I eventually got an email saying it was addressed but I told them it was not addressed because in addition to the bedbugs, there were several service issues reported by my colleagues. NEVER AGAIN! My first & last business stay here. Cleanliness, FORGET IT! Friendliness, FORGET IT. Check out process had 1 employee working both desks for Garden Inn & Home2, answering phones, & trying to fix a printer jam. Reported GLASS on my bathroom floor only to have it not remediated during the day. Had to go down to the desk & complain after being gone 11 hrs & wait for the manager to come & clean it himself. We stayed at this hotel 2 weekends ago and after checking out and driving home, my daughter realized she had left her teddy bear in the room. We called immediately and were told they didn’t have it but would call us if they found it. We called again the next day just to see if perhaps housekeeping found it and were again told they didn’t have it.
