Key didn't work and required security to escort every guest to the room
Checking in was a bit of confusion. The Hilton Garden shares spaces with another hotel chain. When you check in at your hotel, you are either directed to the front or the back side of the front desk. In this case, my check in was at the back side. Keep in mind that your hotel is with another hotel in the same building. Furthermore, there are two resturants.
