Very present peaceful stay
There was a mix-up withe reservations (our fault). They had our room reserved for two nights, and we arrived on the ‘second’ day. The desk manager was really helpful and voided our unpaid ‘night’. Great staff , room was clean and well decorated. Breakfast was quick, hot and delicious. Pro tip - get a room away from the elevator. A traveling girl’s softball team was raucously joyriding
Wound up staying here earlier this week staff was unfriendly when we got there the pool was closed which was fine but we asked about it just to see when they thought it would open back up we asked this very politely the lady at the front desk was very rude talk to us like we were stupid the rooms were clean a little outdated location was nice play we're surrounded by a lot of stores and restaurants so that was a good thing if you're going to stay in the Birmingham Trussville area stay at the Hampton that is across the parkin... read more
