Hilton Garden Inn in Trussville is clean, orderly and has a friendly environment!
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't that all that great. When I walked in the receptionist wasn't friendly at all, she didn't welcome me and neither did she thank me for being a diamond member when I checked in. Not to mention the fellow behind me was greeted with a hey how you doing sir!!! The rooms are outdated and my carpet was soaked. The following morning the receptionist present had the same demeanor. NO FREE BREAKFAST. Breakfast cereals were all sugary ones for kids. Bathroom was in need of some updating with broken tiles on the floor.
