This is a Hilton Garden Inn. We were staying in a double Queen away from the elevators and on the 5th of 6 floor hotel. At some point in it's life it was remodeled. The carpets in the hallway were clean and our room was clean as well. There are two plugs and two USB A ports on each side of the night stand located between the two beds. There is a small microwave and a dorm size refrigerator in the room. It also had a single serve keurig style coffee machine. The cups were paper style and wrapped in plastic. Exceptional Customer Service, the front desk lady, was so pleasant and informative about Birmingham. We stayed here to be close to our Venue where our PRODUCTION CREW AND ENTERTAINMENT. I love there outside PATIO (smoke area) nice lounge chairs 💺, couches, and Big Flat Screen tv.. I Highly recommend Booking this LOCATION
