Although I did not get a chance to stay at the hotel, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. My travel plans were impacted at the last minute not allowing me to travel to Birmingham the afternoon I was to check in. The staff quick solved the cancellation issue without fuss. Thank you guys again.
Great place stayed here numerous times. Just wish they had breakfast bags for pick up and go. No time for sit down meal for breakfast
The lobby is very beautiful and clean. The breakfast area is neat and tidy with a great selection of fresh breakfast items. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I have no complaints. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great hotel!!
My business travel plans changed and I needed to cancel my reservation at this property to meet other business associates at different property. Being loyal to Hilton and being a Lifetime Diamond member I didnt think it would be a problem. Diamond desk could not cancel the reservation. I call the hotel direct and the manager refused. This means I had to leave at 4:30 a/m to make my appointment. On top of that the property had two outside doors inoperable with a key. Desk clerk laughed and said you have to walk around. The bathroom was filthy especially the sink and tub. After the 1st night I was extremely itchy and broke out in hives, but I can't say it was bed bugs because my friend didn't have a problem so I chalked it up to whatever they clean the linen with because I didn't start itching until I got in the bed. Last but not least my boyfriend left a Fashion Nova bag with brand new clothes in the room. Of course the housekeeping lady said it wasn't there.
