Do not book this property if you want to enjoy a pool, it is not being properly maintained. Previous reviews also mention issues with the pool. It really should be removed as an ammenity until they get it properly repaired. Prior to booking 3+ months ago, we called and were told it was being repaired and would definitely be fixed before our stay. We called again prior to cancelation window closing and was told it is open. We arrive for our four night stay and find the water murky, but people are in the water! Gross! The fron... read more
I found this beautiful and professional hotel on my Hilton app and booked 2 rooms for an overnight road trip. Not being the sort of family who likes driving through the night, we booked this one on our drive to Florida. It was clean, well designed, with comfortable rooms and beds. The staff was friendly, helpful and even texted me to see how our drive was going. Shout out to Jada for excellent customer service! Give this hotel a try and sleep well!

The AGM Jada, the breakfast waitress (I didn’t catch her name) and chef Donna made my stay amazing. I will recommend this hotel just because of their service and great spirits. I will be back!
