Had issues with getting into public areas with my key like the pool and guest laundry
THE WINDOW IN MY ROOM LEAKED DURING THE BIG STORM LAST NIGHT. IT REALLY FREAKED ME OUT! luckily the nice man at the desk was there to talk all night. Kudos to the night shift desk clerk.
They did their best at least the rooms were clean.
