Generally pleased with our stay. The Inn is kept clean and the staff were all courteous, responsive and friendly. Very comfortable mattresses. We had a few issues with a small trip hazard in our room where carpet adjourns the tile and our closet doors slipped out of their tracks. The location has numerous options for dining in the area and the Hamilton Place Mall is less than a mile away. There is a nice but small indoor pool for the off season. Awesome hospitality and my room was super clean upon arrival
Door in our room at some point had been broke into so it didn't latch right and the pillows were junk compared to other Hiltons I have stayed at but over all was nice
This hotel is Nice, the only thing is the pool is not heated.. and it was too cold for me to get in... no hot tub. besides that it was clean..
Great place to stay...very clean and friendly staff. My only complaint is the traffic. Someone did not think out the traffic lights and exiting out of the hotel.
The bed was uncomfortable kinda hard. The room was clean and comfortable..priced kinda high for what you got.
