Good experience with the hotel staff, everyone was very friendly, had to ask for toilet paper, towels and coffee; should not have to ask for these tings. Breakfast is better at Hampton, surprising to me. We tried dinner, big mistake, food was poor...they should rethink that. My only complaint is the valet service scratched up my front bumper, fine going in, three days later scratched up, never left there garage...things are very tight there...I keep my car up but we were in a hurry to leave so I didn't catch it. Had a great night out in a great city!! Staff was welcoming and personable. Rooms were clean and appealing. Perfect location!
The front desk staff people were great but that's it! Room not clean, bathroom awful, nothing open & not to mention the riots!!!
